As an independent group our support will be form the current members of MSAJ through one from the follows:

1. Donations to support. ( Recommended)

2. Membership fee of local associations.

Donations

Time for donation is open

The donations (SADAKAT) will take two main paths as donators requests:

1. The needy brother first inside Japan, then outsiders, support for new Muslims (Mualafto Koloubohm).

2. The MSAJ activities support for DA'WAA among Muslim and non-Muslim (Japanese)

Zakat Elfetr

Time for donation starts from the first day of Ramadan until 27th Ramadan

The deadline will be on 27th, and it will be spend in two main phases as follows:

1. The needy brother inside Japan, as the reports of the representative of the local areas allover Japan.

2. The needy brother outside and near to Japan.

Zakat Elmal

Time for donation is open

You can send any time as your Zakat calculation schedule.

It will take the same way of the previous item.

Distribute it to our Needy Muslim Brs. in Japan.

Other financial affairs

Time for donation is open

Other financial affairs will be announced by the responsible brother and after discussion with EC (Executive Committee of MSAJ)

We can get support with materials such as books, medias and other not money from WAMY or Islamic Center, Islamic Institute.

We can also support the local association by same sources, so it should be controlled by the responsible brothers.

 

 

 

 

·      The announcing about the previous activities will be through either Treasurer or the President of MSAJ and SG.

·      The responsible about the bank account and collecting these items will be the treasurer only.

·      No other has to share these duties but you can send to the responsible brother, and brothers can give suggestions about new activities in this sector.

·     The treasurer will submit a periodically report about the financial affairs two times a year, March and September days.

The annual meeting

& Conference

Once a year

(Summer camp: in August, 2008)

 

Secretary of Social Affairs 

The Annual Summer camp and meeting Conference is proposed to be held in OSAKA. Last year, it was held in Nagoya. Detailed programs are:

·     Three full days camp ( Ie'tekaf, Keyam, Qura'an, and others)

·     Annual activities reporting for all local associations by the representatives

·     2 lectures a day by scholars (Male and Female) 

·     Other activities will be announced in the detailed Camp Program on time.

The local Associations meeting

One time every month/Area

As the main association all local areas will hold their own annual meeting and conference but it will be only for one day camp.

All areas should prepare and send their program to the President, MSAJ to be able to prepare for the scholar for that day and the EC representative who will join the meeting.

Please co-operate.

EC Meetings

 

When required, the EC organizes conferences over yahoo voice chat to discuss issues related to MSAJ. Usually every month, the EC arranges 1 or 2 meetings.

 

 

 

Ramadan

 

 EC organized the Ramadan activities with the help of others.

The activities of this month will be hold by each local area for the associations

1.   Keyam Prayers 

·     Tarweeha ( Short Lecture )

2.   Qura'an reading one complete time at least in this month.

3.   Iftar gathering one time at least.

The following activities are for all MSAJ members

·     QURAN Compitition: An electronic daily competition (one question a day) of 30 questions.

·     QURAN Memorization and recitation compitition.

 

 

 

Hajj Project

EC will announce the person-in-charge in due course of time.

The information related to Hajj activities of this year will be updated in time inshallah.

·     Brothers and sisters who would like to perform Hajj this year kindly send all their information from the beginning.

·     Information about Hajj and required documents and application will be announced on time by responsible brother.

·     The hajj activities will be supported by the experiences of the following brother:

1.        Br. Atlam

2.       and Others [to be informed later]

 

 

 

Qura'an

Once a year

EC organizes in Ramadan.

There will be a competition for Qura'an memorization; the system will be announced by the responsible.

·     Announcement will be updated in due course of time.

·     Plan ahead!

·     Gifts will be supported by donations.

 

 

 

Golden Week Program

This program is organized with the aid of ICJ and MSAJ and MSAJ's members in various societies.

This year's Golden Week (May 2nd till 7th, 2008) Program, Prof. Dr. Ragheb Elsergany (Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt) visited and gave his speech in various places. He is the Chairman of the Civilization Center for Historical Studies, Cairo, Egypt; Supervisor, Islam Story Website (one of the largest Arabic website in Islamic History) http://www.islamstory.net/ (English)

Alhamdulillah, the Golden Week Program was successful.

Dawaa Day Project for Japanese

 

Secretary of Public Relations is responsible for announcing and arranging these activities

For all local areas; each Muslim association may start this idea and perform for Dawaa Day for non- Muslim

·     The day may as small symposium

·      The day may be just exhibition and giving clear information about Islam rather than send through the medias

·     The day may by arranging for visiting Japanese schools and performing small lecture about Islam with some prints as a gift for the children

·     Establishing a Hot Line of Contact With New Japanese Muslim and try to include them in Islamic group to improve their Islamic knowledge

 

 

Link with Islamic organizations in Japan

 

This point for starting an active communication with the Islamic organizations inside Japan  for activities supporting

·     Islamic books in English and Japanese: This year, MSAJ has published a book in Japanese. More will appear soon inshallah.

·      Islamic media. Videos & CDs and information: One CD/DVD is produced on the Summer Camp 2007.

·     Scholars for giving lectures.

 

 

Link with Islamic organizations outside Japan

 

This point for starting an active communication with the Islamic organizations outside Japan  for activities supporting specially the Masjid projects

·     Islamic books in English, Arabic and others.

·      Islamic media. Videos & CDs and Islamic information.

·     Supporting Masjid projects.

 

 

 

·     The announcement about all activities will be through the responsible Secretary or President of MSAJ.

·     No other has to share these duties, and brothers can give suggestions about new activities in this sector.

·     The responsible brother has the right to start new activities to improve our relations with the Muslim organizations inside and outside Japan after taking the decision and agreement of EC.

IQRAA - The Magazine published by MSAJ

(formerly called Serenity)

 

An Editorial Board is formed for the Magazine, headed by the President, MSAJ.

This magazine is published online by the EC, and managed by an Editorial Board.
It will cover -

·      The target is to bring out quarterly on Islamic dawaa activities in Japan.

·      MSAJ's programs and events.

·      Articles written by MSAJ members.

·      News on MSAJ activities.

·      Info related to Muslims life in Japan.

Please try to submit your reports on local community activities, writings, book reviews, experiences, problems, dawaa activities, etc. for the Magazine.
With your consistent support and contribution, MSAJ can publish the Magazine in time.
Please distribute all others within Japan and outside.

 

 

 Islamic Lectures

Seminars

 

The activities of cultural relations will be hold by each local area for the associations, at least once a year. We hope that you will make it happen. Possible topics for this purpose are:
